How It Works

An On-demand Respiratory Department

Flex-call enables post-acute providers to have access to on-demand respiratory care. If a therapist is needed, NJRA matches the facility with a therapist in the area who is available to respond to the call.

Requirements

To be a flex-call therapist you must take pride in providing exceptional clinical care and customer service. There are a few other requirements - you must have two years minimum experience as a Respiratory Therapist working in a clinical setting; hold a current RCP license in the state of New Jersey; and possess a valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance & malpractice insurance.

Compensation

Flex-call therapists receive $75 per job. On average jobs take one hour to complete. Earnings are deposited weekly.
